About CCTPI

The Colorado Collegiate Tobacco Prevention Initiative began in 2002 with funding from the State of Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. The BACCHUS Network™ was selected to work with professional advisors and student leaders within the collegiate population. Currently, 28 campuses are involved with CCTPI. Each campus addresses policy issues and promotes cessation resources.
