Creating a Tobacco-Free Generation Leadership Award
The BACCHUS Network would like to thank the family of Henry W. DeJong for their five years of support. From 2002 – 2007, the DeJong family generously donated an award to honor the memory of their late father to one campus professional who has excelled in campus tobacco control efforts.

In the spirit of the DeJong family, The BACCHUS Network is committed to the continuation of this award opportunity. To recognize one campus professional who is contributing to the creation of tobacco-free generations, the first annual “Creating a Tobacco-Free Generation Leadership Award” has been developed. One award will be presented at the annual symposium to a health professional working with young adults. A student leadership award will be given at the BACCHUS General Assembly in November.

Contributing to this Award
To fund this award, BACCHUS is accepting donations. Contributions to this award will be noted as a remembrance of a lost loved one or in honor of someone affected by tobacco.
